With almost two decades of experience spanning corporate law, regulatory affairs, and business operations, Issa is recognized for bridging legal rigor with business innovation.
Prior to joining Haypp Group, Issa served as General Counsel at AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals), overseeing legal operations across mergers and acquisitions, product launches, and regulatory compliance—including FDA and state-level requirements. Issa’s leadership has been pivotal in establishing standardized legal protocols, streamlining licensing processes, and ensuring successful market entries for new products.
