Currently serving as Chief of Staff for a $100M multi-state operator, she brings more than 20 years of leadership to roles that demand precision, compliance, and scalable growth.

Sandrock’s strength lies in her ability to unify complex, multi-site operations while implementing efficient, compliant systems that drive measurable results. She has successfully led enterprise-wide transformations, centralizing supply chain functions across numerous manufacturing and distribution sites in strict regulatory environments. From USDA reporting and SOX compliance to ERP implementations and SKU rationalization, her work consistently delivers cost savings, increased visibility, and operational excellence.
